Peak Cucamonga Peak

Trailhead Icehouse Canyon

Weather was pretty decent, could have used just a little more breeze. Sun was out most of the day, but up to the saddle had lots of tree and valley shade. The trail itself had a lot of lose rocks, but nothing dangerous. Great view from the top, and we even got to see a Big Horn Sheep.

The number of people on the trail was a little overwhelming (both for parking and passing). Apparently it was National Trails Day and a large group (75+?) were all hiking as a group (with music – booo!).

All said, good hike. 2 down, 4 to go.
