The length of this hike is enough to put you to sleep when you get home, but boy oh boy, what a beauty. The valleys, streams, brush, trees, it was all too much, it swept me up with its gusts at the peak. Though the view is not as breathtaking as the view from San Jacinto Peak, it’s a close second. I can confidently say that this hike was like a day hike marathon, it didn’t exhaust me with constant switchbacks, but it took forever, and by the end I just wanted In N Out and a nap.
