First thing we saw was a mountain lion as we arrived at 3:50 at the parking lot, that was scary, but as other cars arrived right after us, we got the courage to begin, the river sound was amazing, the trail beautifull, the last part seemed toooooo long, but all worth it, the feeling of accomplishment I got as I picked up the last sin to take a picture was irreplaceable
12 hours of extreme hiking and the lion and a little snake….. it feels awesome, thank you Jeff for creating such uplifting event, I sure learned a lot of things about life, about me and others
I am proud to have participated and very thankful
