Extremely tough hike because of the snow conditions. Above 8,000 feet the trail is completely covered with snow and ice. A navigation device or map is highly recommended.

Congratulations, Yesenia! I hiked San Gorgonio last year in March and had to use crampons and ice axe above High Creek — and we didn’t have nearly as much snow as this year. Quite an accomplishment!
