So it was another early wake once again to manage on getting a trail permit. Once we start the hike right off the back the first mile was just climb, climb, climb. Made it to the San Gorgonio sign and begin the hike into vivian creek, it was a beautiful hike, very green. All of that ended as soon as we start climbing the switchbacks and it starts to get tougher with the elevation gain. Alot of points along the hike i was sure i was almost to peak but just to be greeted with signs notifying me i still need more to go . The heat was making it very tough to keep climbing and with rocks everywhere it just seemed hotter. Finally reached the peak and i was done, forcefully making myself eat and trying to keep cool but no luck. Finally heading back down the trail only too run out of water 2 miles before the finish. This by far has been the toughest of then all. Next time i recommend doing this as an over night hike!
