Peak Mt Baldy
Group N/A
Trailhead Manker's Campground then all the way through Old Baldy trailhead

What should have been a 10 mile hike turned out to be 17 miles. But just like any other hike, the longer the trail the better the adventure. We did not come down the ski hut trail but took the Old Baldy trail. This allowed us to see “Old Glory” the oldest and largest Bigcone Douglas Fir tree in existence, get a cold brew at the Mt. Baldy lodge, swim at an ice cold spot under the bridge in Mt. Baldy road, pick and each blueberries along the road, and hitch a ride to the parking lot (thank you kind stranger!).
