We knew there was going to be a lot snow, but what we didn’t know was how difficult it was to navigate through the forest to the start of the switchbacks. There were a few times where we lost trail, but luckily we had GPS lock to get us back to track. It took us about 8 hours in all to the summit and back to the tram. Despite the longer time to finish, I don’t think I would have want to do this hike without the snow. The snow brings something so wonder-like to the hike
