What an incredible day full of inspiration, patriotism, perseverance and camaraderie at the annual Climb For Heroes at Mt. Baldy (10,064′). #HikeBeyondTheHills joined Team SoCal Hiker to help raise funds (over $20,000) and climb Mt. Baldy to benefit The Heroes Project which helps fund mountain expeditions for our severely wounded soldiers as part of their recovery “to redefine their personal limits post injury. The Heroes Project inspires our injured military veterans to find purpose, both physically and mentally, and ignites others to do the same.” This year was a HUGE turn out with 1,500 hikers (500 last year)!
