There was a great #HikerChat on twitter this morning (every Friday at 9am Pacific) where we were discussing our National Parks.

This got me thinking… I’ve been to quite a few, but I haven’t really cataloged them. So I’ll ask.

What National Parks have you visited?

What National Parks are on your “to visit” list?

I love seeing what parks everyone has visited and what’s on their to-visit list. We are lucky to have so much to explore.

    VISITED:
    Haleakala
    Joshua Tree
    Death Valley
    Yosemite
    Grand Canyon

    TO VISIT:
I made it a goal to visit all the Nat’l Parks within California! Will get started on that for 2016. Outside of that, I’d love to see Utah’s Mighty 5, Yellowstone, Glacier, and Olympic!

“The establishment of the National Park Service is justified by considerations of good administration, of the value of natural beauty as a national asset, and of the effectiveness of outdoor life and recreation in the production of good citizenship.” -Theodore Roosevelt
