    Nowadays, more and more people are engage in outdoor sports in order to improve the immunity of the body. In particular, the outdoor sports of hiking is popular among people. What benefits can long-term hiking bring to us ?

    Today we will introduce you, the benefits of long-term outdoor hiking!

    We are more and more health-conscious, and will always enhance physical fitness through various ways, hiking has become a very healthy way of exercise, both men and women, young and old, people of all ages can join hiking.

    One of the U.S. study showed that middle-aged and older people who walked briskly for 45 minutes to an hour a day could reduce their chances of having a stroke by 40 percent. And about 17 percent of people who walked less than 3,500 steps a day developed diabetes; 12 percent of people who walked more than 3,500 steps a day developed diabetes. More walking can reduce the risk of diabetes by 29% compared to people who walk less.

    More than just a simple lower body exercise. There have been many studies that confirm that regular hiking is effective in exercising all parts of the body.

    l Lungs – increases lung capacity and reduces the craving for smoking in smokers.

    l Back – strengthens back muscles and is less damaging to the back.

    l Legs and feet – walking is equivalent to strength training for the bones, which can significantly strengthen the bones and muscles of the legs and feet.

    However, if you can’t give up hiking in the mountains even in winter, but still struggling with cold weather? Actually, bringing the right hiking gear can help you solve this problem.
