JMT

Hi, I’m planning on hiking a portion of the JMT from Mammoth to Bishop by July 24th.
Just wondering if anybody out there have done it. Is gonna be just me and my daughter. She only have about 10 days to spare, so I think we will be ok.
Just a little bit concerned about the snow level this year, specially since we are getting out though Bishop Pass, I don’t think too many people going that way.
Any suggestions ..?

Sounds like a great plan, Ruben! You may be lucky enough to see some snow some of the higher passes, but there should be some decent tread already laid down through it by then.
