I am a retired Marine. I have been an avid hiker since January 2016. Aside from going to the gym daily, hiking has become a weekly workout for me. Over the passed two years I have managed to complete 118 hikes. I have met some pretty awesome hikers over the past two years. Some of which have become close friends. What an awesome experience this has been for me. ?

Day Hikes, Snowshoeing
52 Hike Challenge, Hike Beyond the Hills

2016 and 2017 I completed the Six Pack of Peaks, the 52 Hike Challenge, the 52 Hike Challenge Adventure Series, Rattlesnake Peak, Iron Mountain and Cactus to Clouds x 2, as well as, several other challenging hikes.

I have jumped into the world of planning and leading hikes. Either my own or as a co-lead for the hiking group Hike Beyond the Hills. So, I will be leading several groups on hikes throughout the year. We will train to completed C2C by once again doing the Six Pack of Peaks, Rattlesnake Peak and Iron Mountain. And any other strenuous hikes I can find for us to do. I would love to do a few of the 14er's in SoCal. Langley, White Mountain and Whitney if I'm lucky. Another one on my radar is a 30 mile trek from Snow Creek Village (which approaches from the northeast on the PCT) to San Jacinto Peak and then to the tram. I'm also looking at doing the 67 mile Backbone Trail with Hike Beyond the Hills. I'd like to do San Bernardino Peak and San Gorgonio via the Nine Peak Challenge and Baldy, Cucamonga and Ontario as part of the Fool's Traverse (11 Peak Challenge). And time, health and weather permitting C2C2C. :)
