Youngest summit of Baldy

Everyone on the trail that day was very supportive and excited. As we got to the summit we were greeted by 100+ hikers who were waiting to see Harper. One couple told us that they kept asking the people who were arriving at the peak of the 3 year old was still on the traI’ll and “how close” we were. They passed us at the ski hut and waited almost three hours because they wanted to be there when Harper summitted. People who had arrived at the peak from the otherside started hearing about it and started waiting as well. When we go there it was high fives and tears all the way over to our resting place where Harper devoured strawberry fruit snacks and Oreos and reveled in all the hugs and pictures everyone wanted to take with her.
