We started off at Manker Flats and met up with a couple friends who took the ski lift up to the Notch. It was a bit warm but otherwise the weather was perfect. The ascent was actually pretty manageable at the pace we were going, we decided to call our little ragtag group the Tubo Turtles haha The summit was gorgeous but I really was not prepared for the decent down the bowl. Man that was rough on my knees and the trail was steep with super loose dirt and rocks. And I was shocked at how rude most of the other hikers were. Very few seemed to know any sort of basic trail ettiequte and that made most interactions unpleasant.
