Trailhead San Bernardino

We headed to San Bernardino at about 4am. I was extremely exhausted. I hadn’t gotten much sleep the night before and was worried this was gonna be an issue on the hike. But I wanted to push through. I did. The weather was nice and cool in the morning and later warmed up in the afternoon. The sky was extremely clear and beautiful. We only saw a few patches of snow but none blocked the trail. we reached San Bernardino Peak about 5 hours later. We rested, ate some food, and glanced at the final two peaks. San Jacinto and San Gorgonio. Our entire hike took us about 11 hours. It was one of the most beautiful hikes I’ve done. So much green everywhere. Despite my exhaustion, I was happy that I was able to finish. I can honestly say that this hike really proved to be my ultimate test. Two more peaks to go before I reach the end of the challenge!
