I like the views from Devil’s Backbone and wish someone could take a creative shot of me while traversing through it. I always had a love-hate relationship with Mt. Baldy since for the two times I hiked it, I was not able to determine the fastest time I could summit as I always end up waiting for people on the way up (when usually I would push through to the summit with minimal to no breaks and wait for people there). Therefore, I have yet to conquer Baldy in my own terms. Maybe third time is the charm.
