Peak San Jacinto
Group N/A
Trailhead Marion Mountain

We started our hike at around 7am. The weather was perfect. Not too cold and not too hot. We had heard about how difficult the hike to the peak was, but we weren’t expecting the climb to start right away. As soon as you begin the hike, you start going up! And as your start going up, you are greeted by breathtaking views all around you. San Jacinto is definitely the most beautiful hike yet for me. There were trees everywhere, small little creeks, and spots that were full of life. Some of these spots were like their own little oasis. We reached the top in about 7 hours. The air was thin, but the views were unlike anything I had seen before! I was in awe. At the top, I gazed at San Gorgonio and started to think and prepare for what was going to be my next and final peak in the challenge. San Jacinto is unlike any other hike, and it deserves to be the penultimate journey in the Six-Pack of Peaks!
