Our very first summit for the 6 Pack of Peaks Challenge. It was awesome day to hike, the sky’s clear and the weather was perfect. Started early in the morning so we had time to enjoy the hike, and took time to visit the falls. There was some snow on the trail approaching the summit and the top/observation area is almost covered by snow. Snow/icy trail on sierra madre side. Having crampons would be nice. We did the loop and finished our first peak with a smile!
