Got started a little later than we wanted too. Loved the trail going along the creek, very refreshing. Made it to the saddle for a much needed break, beautiful views all around. We left the saddle and pretty quickly started wondering why if we were going to the top was the trail going down? The trail turned out a little tricky, complete with a couple of snow traverses with little room for error. The views from the top were simply amazing, it seemed like everyone who reached the summit was rewarded with a little different view with the cloud cover. All in all I would say this is hike is likely to go down as one of my favorites.
