This was a long hike with cold weather. We figure the car to peak round trip was 20 miles so plan accordingly. We planned on 17 miles and ended in the dark. Take head lamp and layers for the cold at the top. Enjoy the views of the wilderness and neighboring mountains. Absolutely beautiful!
