From beginning to end the weather for the hike was great! not too hot. It always starts of pretty smooth, green lush scenery with the river and water fall in the background. Once you get to the beginning of the switchback its when reality hits and your stamina gets tested. I thought i would feel at ease climbing up but my thighs and calfs were telling me otherwise. Once I saw the observatory in the distance i pushed myself to complete knowing i was already there. Met with the group at the snack bar area and finished doing the loop.
