Peak San Gorgonio
Group N/A
Trailhead Vivien Creek

Well, I did it! I dragged myself all the way up and all the way back. The first two hours were in darkness, so that made time meaningless to me, which helped.

I was actually the first person to summit for the day that I could tell. (There were no tents at the Summit Camp). That’s what you get when you hit the trail at 4:30 I guess.

If San Jacinto is a terrible band-aid you have to rip off, then Gorgonio is like dental surgery,

I loved every minute of it! Now excuse me while I go sleep for three days.
