Talk about a mental & physical challenge. From the beginning all incline, then the weather got super crazy. At the peak weather was super cold with high winds and mist. I for sure thought i was going to get sick. All I had was a wind breaker. As me and my sister were descending, my sister complained about knee pain (we did not have trekking poles). A mile down, her pain worsen. she could barely walk. There was this lady that saw her pain and gave her her trekking poles. Those trekking poles helped tremendously get herself down the mountain. Without them we would of called assistance. As my sister said “Strangers Care…” . We did not get the lady’s name but she is an angel!
