This was my second in the series. Have a lot of mixed feelings about this one. The trail before sturtevant camp was really beautiful. The trail after this point was not very interesting and was like walking through a fog of flying insects. The top of Wilson was pretty cool with all the astronomy stuff. The parking lot that ( i guess) is the summit photo op spot was a bit anticlimactic as people drove in. However, the views on this day were clear and really stunning. One big complaint I have for this hike is the paved hill at the end. If there is an alternate route back that avoids this I would be very interested to know.
