Cucamonga was a great hike, though a little strained after doing Mt. Baldy the day before. Usually don’t like to hike solo, but there were plenty of other hikers out on the long July 4th weekend. The views were beautiful. After making the peak, I hiked to Etiwanda peak and had lunch. Didn’t see any other hikers on this stretch except for 3 people who had missed the post indicating the ascent route for Cucamonga and had turned back. It was a relatively fast hike solo so I made it home for dinner in OC.
