Trailhead Marion Mountain Campsite

I grabbed the opportunity to take a day off from work and complete the six pack on consecutive days. I camped overnight at the trailhead. The hike was steep as expected from description I read. As I climbed early in the morning the temperature cooled at higher elevation. I took a break just above the PCT junction and required adding layers and hat and gloves! Not many hikers on the way up. The peak was uncrowded due to tram maintenance, so I heard. Enjoyed the incredible views and observed Mt San Gorgonio, planning my hike for the next day!
