San J all the way!

We took the tram which was extremely fun and cool, definitely provided a unique experience in socal. The weather was hot at the entrance to the tramway, but luckily as we went up it cooled down quite a bit. San J was one of my favorites of the challenge, and I absolutely loved the scenery. I think it was one of the most beautiful of the hikes. The view from Wellman Divide (about the mid mark or so) was an incredible resting spot with a great view. From there, the steepness kicked in, but it was definitely a worthwhile challenge! Definitely one I’d do again.
