We ended up doing this hike as outback fourth of the six peaks because of permits. After defeating Gorgonio the remainder of the peaks were a cakewalk.
I thought the trail for Gorgonio was extremely well kept and easy to follow. The terrain was good for hiking, maybe on some of the other hikes the trails had much more loose rock which made things difficult.
