San Gorgonio was my final summit, and I saved it for last because honestly, I was intimidated. So glad I went for it! I loved this summit! It was an awesome experience with two other women and my good friend Matt. We Ronda led the way we kicked butt! It was such a great feeling of strength and teamwork! I really loved the different topography this hike offering in each of its distinct phases we hiked through. The top portion was definitely challenging, but doable. We were all alone st the summit because started our hike SO early. I think our start time was around 2:30am? Another sunrise hike in the books for Midweek Hikers and it was fantastic! My pavlvwas a little heavy this time, which I regretted for the next. Idols of days, but a great hike and forged new friendships with @hikingd_ @ @akereszto that day that have just gotten stronger since. In fact, I summited Baldy again last week with Alex K, just for the hell if it!! ;). 🙌🏼
