All the permits for Angelus Oaks were full so I decided to try Foresee. The gain was still over 4k and total distance was almost 20 miles. Trail did not seemed to be frequently used…if at all. Saw one person up until the summit. The trail disappeared completely at one point. However, someone had marked the trail with rock stacks. This was a long hike (and slightly boring) and was not as rewarding as the others in my opinion. That being said, the forest on the trail looked untouched aside from the burn areas. The experience was much more enjoable once on the divide trail. Was still an AWESOME day.
