Peak San Bernardino
Group N/A
Trailhead Angelus Oaks

The last of my six-pack was San Bernardino Peak! I was lucky enough to get in on a friend’s permit on a wonderfully weathered Friday. The temps were in the low 70’s and there was a light breeze on and off throughout the day. There was patches of snow above the 9,500 foot level. We were able to trek right through or head slightly off trail and around the larger areas of snow. There was not many hikers on the trail that day, providing solitude and peace for our small group of three.

This was my final adventure to fulfill the Six-Peak, however, I will summit many of these peaks a few more times while training for Whitney! The Six-Pack of Peaks is now complete for the second year in a row!!!
