Lessons learned on this hike:
▪️Although I wasn’t feeling this hike for most of it, I pushed through and made it to the top, patience and perseverance is key
▪️A woman who completed the hike yesterday said that when you’re on top (of the peak) you’re a little closer to heaven which made me reflect and think when we think of heaven as a random place in the sky, it relieves any personal responsibility to build the kingdom here on Earth.
▪️When distracted, it’s hard to connect to God
