It was a nice hike and the weather was sunny with a cooling wind. We only experienced about 5 minutes of light rain when we spent the night at High Creek. The last two miles of the hike seemed to drag on, but we had some great views. It was very rocky throughout the trail. At the last half-mile of the hike, the rangers were there to congratulate us…hahah. We met a lot of nice people along the hike too.
