I couldn’t hike this peak before my trip on the JMT (which was spectacular), so about a month after i returned i was eager to get back into the wilderness. having all gear locked down and my “hiking legs” in full force, i felt like i was home again. while the view from the peak isnt my favorite, this is my favorite hike of the socal sixpack, especially the campground at Limber pine bench. it was a great weekend to be back in the woods and share stories from my JMT with my friends! and a cheers to finishing the sixpack in 2017!!
