Day started a little chilly but we warmed up fast. Lots of water in the creek due to last weeks rainstorm. Loved the hike! Met other six pack hikers on the trail. Trail was in good shape, vistas were awesome and it was great to be hiking with my wife and son. It was challenging but we made it! Looking forward to the next 5 hikes as we train for Whitney!
That’s a great accomplishment! It’s awesome that you have your wife and son to join you. My eldest son hiked Mt Wilson with me last year when he was visiting from Florida.
