Peak San Jacinto
Group Nassco hiking club
Trailhead Via the tram

We were on the second tram at 8:10 on Saturday morning. We hiked up to Round Valley camp to set up camp for the day. We relaxed and took in the scenery with the idea of summiting the next morning. The next day we started out at 7:00am to summit the peak along the way we saw amazing views and beautiful foliage along the way. The weather conditions were perfect, with a low of 39 degrees in the morning. When arriving at the top and seeing the rocks before me I freaked out, this was a challenge for me, but my two hiking buddies pulled and pushed me to the top. I was reluctant to get to that sign, but once I did I saw amazing views of the beautiful city below and mountains surrounding me. It was to date the most beautiful hike yet. This was 4 of the six and next week we conquer San Bernardino.
