I don’t feel like we were prepared for the hike we encountered! We hike just about every other weekend, and we do decently long hikes. But we have not done a whole lot of peaks. So this one definitely kicked our butt for our first hike of the challenge. But the beauty of our surroundings definitely out weighed the difficulty of the climb!
