Peak San Gorgonio

Trailhead Vivian Creek

It was a clear morning; the sun didn’t come out until about a mile or two into the hike. It’s a very well-marked trail with plenty of views oscillating between our left and right as the trail snaked its way through Vivian Creek and a few campgrounds. I felt really good to and from the peak; I kept my focus on the amazing views of San Jacinto, Banning, Moreno Valley, and Hemet to the south and Palm Springs and Palm Desert to the SE. We could also spot Dollar Lake to the NW, and the profiles of the mountains to the north were pretty cool to witness. Overall, it was an epic hike to remember for sure!
