It was a beautiful day for a hike! The weather was perfect and it wasn’t to crowded even though it is a holiday weekend! The trail is pretty steep and you do a lot of climbing. My favorite parts were coming to the PCT and the beauty of the forest around you along with a little break from boulders. Getting to the top was breath taking. You get to see the shelter that is there and then…more climbing! But the views are THE BEST!!! This was only my second peak so it pushed me and I did it with laryngitis. But it was so worth it!
