I Walk A Lonely Road

Set off at about 6AM. It was already pretty warm, but was completely alone all the way to the top. From what I understand, that is a rarity.

Met a few people at the top while I was eating lunch and we discussed the condition of the trail (or rather trails) since it seems like heavy foot traffic have turned certain sections into a maze of sorts.

There was no wind at the summit and the surrounding areas had a eerie feel to them due to the forest fire smoke.

Made it back to the trailhead in almost exactly 5hrs. On to the next one!
