Hiking in the clouds

Cooler than usual temperatures and quite windy. Very cool to hike up above the clouds, and descend along Devil’s Backbone through the clouds. Considering that this was my first peak summit in California and the first in over 25 years, I think I did pretty okay. Only really felt the altitude and maybe my age (I am 53) just before the summit on the somewhat undefined rocky part,
