Spent Earth Day in grand fashion – hiking Mt. Wilson. Naturally the parking lot/road were a zoo by 7AM but it was good to see people enjoying the outdoors. And while the trail wasn’t as crowded as I’d expected, the bugs certainly made up for the lack of people. That with the heat proved a bit challenging but was well worth it (although I was still very jealous of the folks in the beekeeping hats).
