Grand Gorgonio

I was both excited and nervous about this hike. Besides Mammoth Mountain, I have never been on a mountain this high, let alone hiked to the top of one. After the first section, I was doubtful I might make it. But, I trekked and trekked and put one foot in front of the other. I could never quite catch up to my friends, breathing heavily and resting. But I made it! The peak was a sight to see! Going down was LONG! And we joked that if we stopped we might not be able to start again. I am so glad and proud that I completed this Challenge! Thank you for an amazing gift!
