Peak San Gorgonio
Group N/A
Trailhead Vivian Creek

The hike was hot starting out. For the second, steep mile, I was sweating like crazy and had to stop frequently. In the middle 5 miles, I was cruising past almost every other hiker, but then in the last two miles, I slowed. Those last two miles, with no shade, up at the top, were brutal. However, I eventually made it to the peak and chatted with some other hikers for a bit before coming back down. The descent was pretty easy except for the second-to-last mile, which was tough on my knees because it was so steep. Beautiful trail, though. I would do it again.
