This hike had the best views in my opinion. The parking lot fills up fast so arrive early. I arrived at 7 and got one of the last couple spots but it was a weekend so week days are probably different. The hike itself had pretty consistent elevation gain the whole way. I thought the views at Washington’s monument were better than at the actual peak just because there are a lot of trees at the peak so it blocks some of the views. Another great hike and now I am 4 out of 6.
