This was the start to our weekend, with Gorgonio the next day! I struggled with this hike and a 50 pound bag on my back. It was a beautiful hike! We summited about 2 pm and it was a bit foggy and cold. I would do this trail again, without going on to Gorgonio and backpacking in the cold LOL! For anyone who says we cheated, I invite you to take my 50 pound backpack and give it a go! After 28 miles in 2 days and hiking 12 hour days, it was the furthest thing from the easy way out!
