It was a beautiful hike, lots of water in the streams! Although we got to the Saddle around 11:30, had lunch then continued on to the Peak. By this time, it was getting hot so the last mile to the top was very warm! I was surprised how nice it was at the peak – lots of room to roam around. We took lots of pictures and just enjoyed the views! On our way back, we stopped at one of the streams and took our tired, dusty fee for a quick soak in the cool water. It was a good day!
