I did Cucamonga 2 weeks after Wilson with every intention of working out and training during those 2 weeks. Nope. I hate eating in the morning so was consisting mainly in RX bar and rice cakes which did not mix well with the Advil I was taking for altitude sensitivity (I lived in Denver for a year and was even affected there).  I made it and recovered much quicker than I did at the top of Wilson so despite my lack of training during those 2 weeks, I think that 1 weekend 2 weeks before boosted my abilities.
