We started early enough to beat the heat going up, but man the bugs were relentless. We did some other peak where you turn left just before you reach the pole identifying the final launch up to C peak, enjoyed the amazing view, and then returned to Cucamonga peak. The heat on the way down was brutal. Not one of my favorite hikes, but it was pretty.
