This was one of my favorite hikes to date. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, the hike is mostly shaded, elevation change is somewhat steady and the views are amazing! Icehouse saddle is the perfect spot to take a snack break before continuing to the Peak. To top it all of the weather couldn’t have been more perfect.
tip: parking lot get a full by 6am on a Saturday
